I think I am likely to exchange some at the airport in the states before heading out. If I decide to take a taxi or MTR to my hotel on the island, I assume I am going to need some HK currency. Plus I may want to go out mongering the night I arrive, even though I am sure I will be exhausted. Staying in Sheung Wan area. My friend who used to live in HK said it was a pretty good area.
I am reading and reading the forums, but, still, any advise is greatly appreciated. Once I start meeting I plan to post reviews at the end of each day...that may mean 3 reviews a night! LOL | |

Taxi to the Island is expensive. You could take a taxi from HK MTR stop. |
