I have tried this before, as I wanted to contact some agents to see who is available a couple days before flying over from USA. I was able to call one agent with an American number, and I got relatively helpful info through the call, though this is not very common. Another experience is where I tried to contact with What'sapp, where I was simply ignored until I tried What'sapp again with a local HK sim card after arriving. | |
