Korean and plastic surgery?
It's quite common for Korean people to do some plastic surgery and I guess there's no chance it could be different for Yuri.
My two cents is that she got boob enhancement (they really look too big to be true) and was waiting for the scarification process. So instead of knife scar I would imagine a scalpel scar...
