It is totally ok to prefer petite girls, or girls with any particular body type. In a way, if you like to date petite girls, hong kong is probably the best place.
I have a friend who is quite short, bald and nearly 60 years old. His girlfriends are all dazzlingly beautiful, and tall, all exceeding 180 cm. He is not a billionaire, but he is confident, intelligent, cultural, generous and incredibly funny. I think these are the qualities women like. Not body height or penis size.
