It’s not so much the act of crawling around that is the turn on, more the fact the mistress is making you do it and watching you humiliate yourself like that - doing something degrading in front of a pretty girl. For a lot of the non-physical stuff on the list (e.g. spitting, foot worship, food play) its not so much the act itself but the meaning behind it that is the turn on.
