Had PM'ed the OP to find the location and apparently one of the shops around the corner (Allen & E, Broadway) I had frequented had closed recently due to LE activity. Originally thought it was for prostitution but upon closer inspection think the US Mashals shut down the joint because they had skipped paying rent or some similar reason. Too bad, the place was fairly new, spacious and hiding in plain sight!!!

Landlord is Charitable Foundation. Probably heard tenant was running illegal biz and kicked them out. |
