Hey Bro nycmale, have a few questions:
Do you still have the WC details? If anything this may be considered entrapment.
Where did the LE come from? What were they were they wearing (like NYPD vests)?
Where was the hotel? There are only a handful of hotels in Chinatown and some are close to major intersections.
This can be a cautionary tale for all to be just to be on the lookout for undercover vans, cars and the like.
