	ECCIE is not totally back, but it is coming back, slowly.  I think they are migrating data from the old servers slowly because their database probably was really big.  Most things should come back according to one post I saw last week.   ECCIE had announced they would be back, but I think they had to secure a site to host and start moving data.   Luckily it seems they had a backup copy off their old hosts that were seized.
