For walk ups it's plenty of time. 4 - 5 hours is enough as long as it's between 5 pm - 12 am. Take the airport express to TST/Jordan/MK/CWB, spend 1 hour ringing doors, 30 minutes to 1 hour doing the deed, 30 minutes to 1 hour to grab a bite to eat, 1 hour for the airport express back to HKIA. Even cheaper and faster if you pick a streetwalker (though I'd pick a walkup as you can shower after, which you definitely want to do if you're going to be on a plane).
