You're halfway around the world trying to micro-manage expenses for a tour guide during your next vacation. How do you know she will even BE in Bangkok the next time you're able to visit? She might be in Phuket with one of her sponsors.
You're obsessing about this. Perhaps inside you should consider that there are thousands of WGs in Bangkok and if you want a companion to show you around, one will be there for you. Plenty of fish and all that.
