You can find Russians at KH (in mongkok, fa yuen st)usually in the higher floors like 12-14 and maybe some in like 4 or 6/7. Most people jus start at the top and walk down anyways as it's preferable to walking up.
Also, that whole building got raided recently and 100 girls got arrested, but it should be back up and running with just as much foreign girls. They do charge higher than the east/southeast Asians tho (almost always 600+)
