Navigating all the options could be a bit overwhelming.

But if you are adventurous, fearless & can absorb a foreign/complex environment, make sense of it all and then make quick real time decisions then go for it.

IMHO the key is knowing what you want and how much you can spend when you walk in, sticking to it while always staying flexible, within reason, as the options present themselves.

Be willing to walk especially if you don't find solid boner material or you feel generally uncomfortable. If this is the case don't linger or feel obligated to do anything. Just walk.

Keep in mind this is Thailand where nothing is, what it seems to be. This can lay waste to the best of plans. Hit recovery mode and don't fret about the mis-fires. Learn, maybe tweek your plan a bit and move on.
