Don't think money is that much of any issue with him bringing up the girl...and I can see all of these other problems that you guys are bringing to light...thanks for the feedback. And a lot of times i think he just thinks with his little head vs actually using his brain.
I mean the girls if they caught him could use this to "shame" him for life and he'd be in their hands for the rest of the time he with us at the company or how long they are with the company.
The bosses don't really care too much as he loves to go out have fun drink with the ladies and just have a blast at the meeting. This is his second meeting with us and this year the group is bigger but he's still thinking that he can get away with this kind of stuff with the other peps around. | |
