I think GRAB bikes may have started recently in Jakarka which has the ease of booking and predetermined cost/destination info for the driver allowing you to get through traffic easier.
Used them a lot in Vietnam as opposed to the freelancer bikes on past couple of trips and worked well - cheaper and less riding in circles trying to find the destination
