Rated but longer comment than above, hope it's ok for me to share my thoughts.
I enjoyed reading this post, and gave a new perspective on GZ/SZ. I also think this agent should be giving you a much bigger discount for all the business you're bringing him 
I would love to hear more of a detailed comparison of the SZ scene to say HK for example, in terms of quality. I haven't had the chance to explore much of the SZ scene. From what I can see the prices are actually much higher than HK.
