	141 Walkup Prices based on Geography I noticed that the walkup prices vary based on where they are located. Wan Chai, where the Fuji Building is located, is about 400-450, but areas north like Kowloon (Mong Kok) have base priced at 300-350. The further north you go, I. E, Sheung Shui, base priced at 300-380. My questions: 1. What is the best 141 walkup? -Any better than Fuji, KH/Mongkok? 2. Are the prices always higher in Wan Chai than in Kowloon, NT?
