As for not taking off top, previously the girls there would have all off faster than you could say "Jack Rabbit."
However, lately I have observed a lot more police presence enforcing local bylaws, and I mean a lot. Anything from billboards on the sidewalk, parking, entrances being inspected for fire safety ...
Perhaps that is the reason for them becoming less accessible.
