1. As you noted, the midday flights can cause a logjam at immigration and baggage claim. On my last flight HKG-BKK (also on TG), I took an early morning 0745 flight which arrived at 0925 and there were only two people per line and it was less than a 5 minute wait. So in the future, the pain of getting up at 5am offsets the dreadful 1 hour wait at immigration.
2. As for SuperRich, I also saw the long line on the basement level at BKK. However, directly behind the SuperRich booth is the red "Value+" booth which had no line and was actually a few US cents better than SuperRich. | |
