From my personal experience, (half gweilo) I attend the top floor of Shuntak Centre from the escalators. There are two departure gates i usually arrive top floor to the farthest right departure gate. I turn left and theres 2 shops selling vouchers. The first one You come too ISNT gweilo friendly. I have been twice and spoke english and the boss turns his head away and shakes his head saying no. So I go to the second one and have been using it for years. The boss is pretty friendly and helpful. In reference to the double voucher for the castle saunas I hope its not in the first shop  | |
