In HK, for both the girls it was HK5k per month, which was the budget I set myself after research, for a minimum of 2 overnights though by treating the girls nicely it probably averaged 3 midweeks a month plus a few full weekends and a couple of long weekends away. This is across a 5-6 month relationship on a non exclusive basis from their side - as a tip, if your trying to hit your budget (without sounding like you are haggling or being tight) and the girl wants more but you are into her it does work if you throw in a "well I understand this wouldn't be an exclusive thing for you."
Also, in my process the initial "gift" for the 2nd date and an overnight "to check the chemistry" was HK2.5k. How I would approach this is via message after the 1st date by saying that I would like to get to know them more and offer a 2nd date at her discretion if we still got on and both wanted to spend the night together then the gift would be HK2.5k (which I only ever gave in the morning....). Maybe a bit pricey but it shows intend and by doing by messages I think it is more comfortable for a pure semi-pro and sets the tone that if either of us doesn't want to sleep together, she could walk away or I could decide not to bother for whatever reason. In my head, if the choice was on my side then I would have gifted 1k anyway for her time though that never happened lol - when at the table you may as well eat!
Remember for me, I spent a lot of time finding the gems (2-3 weeks of chatting/screening before 1st date) so there was an element of trust from their side already.
For the Aussie rates I did 1 at AUD1000 per month for a cutie single mum who was just sick of blokes her own age and the same bizarrely for a gay/straight couple (apparently this is the PC term for lesbians who used to be straight but now they are gay but not bisexual but still need a bit of cock from time to time). If I ever get the time to go that far back in my punting tales, its a funny story of how they started coming around separately to bitch about the other one which ended up lkie having 2 whingy GFs without the 3somes!!
