No answer to my call fomm lobby
The TT agent recently took my booking. Very smooth and, when my first choice wasn't available at my requested time, I booked an alternate gal. Agent spoke good English and I was happy with the service.
But when I arrived at the HH hotel there was no answer to my confirmation of arrival call. Tried for 15 minutes without success before I gave up and booked with an alternate agent. Any explanation for this? Has this happened to anyone else? I was surprised after the smooth booking and it's never happened to me before. Now I'm wary about using this agent again. | |
