Phoenix girls are mostly long-stayers and older. Hop Yee has not been renovated recently, unlike Fuji, so the physical environment isn't as nice. Rooms are OK by 141 standards. Girls are short-stay and generally young. Have had some gems there. Not as busy as Fuji, and marginally cheaper. | |
