Thanks! so this is mean no exchange office around same in Pattaya/Bangkok? seems strange to me that a tourist area like Bukit Bindang or KLCC not have exchange office for tourists....
Hotel usually have very bad exchange rate.
I not ask yet in my bank what is their exchange rate € - MYR. will check it.
