	WeChat & Alipay allows foreign cards now As mentioned just recently both big Wechat and Alipay now allow you to llink your foreign card to draw money. It's pretty limited though but atleast you can pay for the takeout (food that is not the more expensive kind). Alipay seems to be called "Tourpass" not sure of the WeChat thing, haven't seen how it actually works.
