I am aware of her CL as it was given by scufferhk in post #9. My post was focused on reports in general, not this one in particular. I was commenting on when a pic with contact is useful and when it is less so.
poon: You might have contacted her thru CL, but that listing was not mentioned until post #9. Therefore, people who asked for wechat before post #9 had every right to ask for wechat since that was the only contact mentioned. However, people who posted after that (ie posts #11-13) had no excuse.

How we define a one-liner is grey right now. The examples given in the forum rules are "she's great" / "thanks for the wonderful report" / "me, I like blondes" / etc. Perhaps, the definition should be revised to include short wechat requests to reduce ambiguity. Give the mods some time to decide on the best outcome to reduce such requests in posts but also to educate newer members on how to be a more meaningful contributor.
Also, the negging of so-called one-liners is so random at the moment. Some first-time offenders are docked a single acceptance point, while others lose several K. Here is the forum rule concerning one-liners:
" Once you're noticed for making multiple boring comments, you'll start to attract negative Acceptance points, then negative Karma points, and if you keep it up you'll pretty soon be getting LOTS of negative attention from the hardworking moderators!"
In other words, the initial punishment should not be a loss of K.
I am not sure if members are aware of this, but once you go into negative K, you become a Buggered Beggar (RA1). An example is pdf in post #5. Buggered Beggars lose the ability to rate. Thus, pdf is asked to use the rating system but he cannot because of his new rank (RA1). More info on the ranking system is here:
