Hotel staff actually have very little incentive to  report you to authorities. Yes, they might get a reward, but then ....1.. if the management finds out, they will likely find some excuse to let that person go and 2. If hotel has bad business, it means they will employ fewer people... And the informant might still be let go even if management doesn't find out.

As long as you're not a dick about it, there's little reason for someone to inform on your activities. I won't go so far as to say it won't happen.... But there's very little incentive to do so. Hotels exist to make money. I don't think they care who is in the rooms so long as 1. The room gets paid for and 2. You don't disturb other guests.
