Hot Spot closed again?

Last Sunday (10 August) I found myself in Macau and thought I'd revisit the Hot Spot since I hadn't been there in a couple years. This is on the heels of some recent positive commentary within the last month.

I arrived at 8pm and none of the usual signage was illuminated (this applied to the sauna entrance and the nightclub entrance). Figured I'd try the elevator anyway (for both sauna and then the nightclub) and it was unresponsive when I selected the 2nd floor. Didn't try to find a staircase and I therefore assumed that the fact that the lights were off and the 2nd floor of the elevator was decommissioned means that the Hot Spot is closed again.

Can anybody else confirm this? I would think that 8pm was not too early to show up. Thoughts?
