My experience with viagra mirrors yours.
- You really do need an empty stomach for it to take effect. At least two hours after a light meal. I also find that clearing all toxins prior to taking it works better. I don't drink coffee or caffeine drinks a week before if I'm planning on taking viagra.
- I get a headache from it. This is one of the documented side effects. For me it'll last all night.
- I get a stuffed nose. Most WGs have experience with guys who use these drugs and this is a telltale sign that the guy has taken something.
- My face gets flushed. Just like the stuffed nose, a WG will know if you've taken an erection drug. Or they'll think that you've been drinking alcohol. Both conclusions are bad.
- Very quick to get hard.
- I get desensitized after the first shot. I'll be hard and ready to go after ten minutes, but I just don't feel anything. I find that it makes sex a chore and it's not fun anymore. I can keep thrusting for thirty minutes but I'm doing it for the sake of doing it; I'm not getting pleasure from it anymore.
- I cut the 100 mg pill down to 1/8ths at 12.5 mg. It works for up to 4 hours.
My experience with cialis is close but different.
- Empty stomach needed as well.
- I get a headache from it as well but unlike viagra where it's constant, with cialis it comes and goes.
- I get a stuffed nose and it's probably coincidence but it only happens with I'm having sex. If I take a break the nose is fine but once I'm horny again and the erection is there my nose will be stuffy.
- Unlike viagra, I don't lose any sensitivity.
- I cut the 20 mg pill down to 1/2 at 10 mg. It works for up to 36 hours but I find that it's only good in the first 12 hours.
Comments:
DO NOT ABUSE THESE DRUGS. For them to work efficiently they need to be completely out of your body before taking another pill. I wouldn't even recommend more than two a week at most if you must. I'm not a doctor and these aren't playtoys, but recognize that if you don't actually have erectile dysfunction, the only thing these drugs will do for you is allow you to get another erection sooner after orgasm than you normally would. If you normally need half an hour before you can orgasm again (this is different from the time it takes for you to get another erection) then that won't change. All it changes is the time it takes for you to get an erection. Don't make yourself and your body dependent on these drugs because it can really damage your body.
A second note. Don't wear loose pants or shorts when taking these drugs  I can say this from experience
