What area you looking to stay at?

If on the Kowloon side then I can recommend the Eaton which I stayed at a couple of times and managed to bring back a few ladies discreetly. The hotel has a back entrance via a coffee shop, and a lot of non-guests wander so is less suspiscious.
Also, the lobby is located on the 2nd floor, so you could just get the elevator from street-level straight to your room iirc.
