Rarely do I reject simply because when I am there, I am there thinking with my head but I think it is every man's given right to reject if the goods are a bit too (not your taste). I have only rejected one girl once because she took off her panties and it fucking stunk. I walked out of the room and told the mamasan that she was a "chao hai" stinky pussy, the mamasan thought I was talking about her attitude but she soon realized what I was talking about. I chose another girl and we laughed about it in the room the session.
But if it were another situation, like a C section scar or something small simply because you are picky (no offense, we are all different when it comes to mongering) I would drop a 20 or 40 nothing more.
